Yes. The screen includes its fixed mounting structure: the cabinets attach to it and are serviced from the front with the included tool, with no need for rear access. We accompany you through the first start-up.

Both. The 130 power supplies accept 100 to 240 V, so the screen connects to the power grid of any country without a transformer. The 130 power cables of 1 m distribute it between cabinets.

What does 24/7 remote support include?
It is remote assistance to configure and start up the screen. By WhatsApp or email we guide you to connect the NovaStar H2 processor, set the 8320 × 1200 px resolution in the NovaStar LCT software and check that the 130 cabinets receive signal. Afterwards, if you need to change the configuration or locate a fault, you can write to us at any time. You also receive the digital instruction manual and video tutorials.
