The screen was back up without being moved
A P2.6 6×3m screen loses software configuration. The technical team connects remotely, restores operating parameters and leaves the equipment running. No shipping. No downtime.
At Full-Stage we work with heavy, customized equipment and international logistics. Our policy differentiates cancellations, damages, warranty and returns. Each case is reviewed with evidence and in writing.
The process is designed to be clear and fast. First we understand what is failing, then we review technical evidence, and if the case is covered we coordinate the corresponding solution.
The customer contacts us via WhatsApp or email with the order number, product and description of the failure.
We request photos, videos, serial number, usage conditions and installation details to understand the problem.
Our team reviews whether the failure is due to configuration, use, installation, component or manufacturing defect.
If the case is covered by warranty, we confirm the applicable solution according to the product and category.
When a covered failure requires a part, Full-Stage coordinates the shipment of the spare part directly.
We maintain communication until the agreed solution is closed and the equipment is operational again.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects within the applicable period. Each case is reviewed with technical evidence to confirm the cause of the failure and define the correct solution.
Normal wear, drops or falls, incorrect installation or assembly, unauthorized repair, voltage surges or inadequate power supply, out-of-spec humidity, overheating or poor ventilation, continuous use outside recommended conditions, damage by third parties, and resold or transferred products.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Technical support covers the rest: diagnostics, configuration and parts coordination when you need it.
Full-Stage delivers the equipment. You provide the installation, the power, and correct usage. Together, that's what makes it last.
The factory warranty does not cover damage caused by factors external to manufacturing:
Coverage is defined by the product category, expected use and technical conditions affecting its service life.
Professional lighting equipment operates under more demanding conditions: heat, ventilation, intensive use cycles, humidity and variable power supply. Durability directly depends on how and where they are used. That is why Full-Stage sets 1 year of coverage for lighting, with the understanding that the equipment operates within its recommended usage conditions.
Estimated service life: 20,000–50,000 hours. Voltage surges, poor ventilation or continuous use outside recommended conditions are not covered by the warranty.
In most cases you don't return the full unit — we coordinate the part. Full return only if the technical case requires it, determined in writing.
If the case is covered: warranty. If not: we still respond.
A P2.6 6×3m screen loses software configuration. The technical team connects remotely, restores operating parameters and leaves the equipment running. No shipping. No downtime.
Severe blackouts damage the power supply of an outdoor screen. Not a manufacturing defect — but Full-Stage diagnoses the problem and coordinates the part. The client operates again without replacing the equipment.
Warranty when it applies. Support always.
In many professional products there is no need to return the entire product to resolve a failure. If the diagnosis confirms a covered defect, Full-Stage can coordinate the shipment of the corresponding spare part for a faster solution.
