Shipping Policy and Costs

Full-Stage offers Free Shipping! internationally for products marked with this option, covering taxes and customs at the time of purchase. However, in the case of returns or repairs that require the return of the product, international shipping costs , customs , taxes and other related charges will be covered by the customer .

• Repairs : If the screen needs to be returned for repair, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both to Full-Stage and the return of the product.
• Returns : In the case of returns, all shipping, customs and associated taxes will be deducted from the final refund.

Is the warranty transferable?

No, the warranty is not transferable . This coverage is valid only for the original purchaser of the LED display. In the event that the product is sold or transferred, the warranty does not apply to the new owner.
