Before placing any purchase, submitting a quotation request, or initiating any commercial communication through this website or through any official Full-Stage channel, please read these terms carefully. By confirming an order or making a payment, you accept these conditions in their entirety.

1. Identity and scope
This website is operated by Full Stage & Trading Corp., a company incorporated under the laws of Florida, United States, operating commercially under the brand Full-Stage. When these terms refer to "Full-Stage", "we" or "the Company", they refer to Full Stage & Trading Corp.
Full-Stage markets LED screens, aluminum truss and structural systems, Layher scaffolding, modular stages, professional lighting, accessories and international logistics services. Our customers are professional buyers, production companies, equipment rental companies and importers.
These terms apply to all purchases, orders, quotations or commercial relationships initiated through full-stage.com or through any official Full-Stage channel (WhatsApp, email or representative). By accepting a quotation or confirming an order, the buyer declares that they are acting in a professional or business capacity.
2. Store use and acceptance
The content of this website—including texts, images, technical specifications and downloadable documentation—is informational and commercial in nature. Full-Stage reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, prices and content without prior notice, without incurring any liability to visitors.
Use of this website for illegal activities, unauthorized reproduction of protected content, or any action that interferes with its operation is strictly prohibited. Full-Stage may suspend access to accounts or orders if fraudulent use or conduct contrary to these terms is detected.
3. Products, projects and configurations
Full-Stage products are professional heavy-use equipment: indoor and outdoor LED screens, truss structures (F34, F32, bolt systems), Layher scaffolding, modular stages, professional lighting and rigging accessories. Many orders involve specific configurations of size, pixel pitch, cabinet, finish or accessories defined during the quotation process.
The images, specifications and descriptions published on the website are representative. The definitive technical conditions—model, configuration, accessories and included spare parts—are established in the formal quotation and its attached documents. In the event of a discrepancy between the website content and the quotation, the quotation prevails.
4. Quotations and contractual documents
The Full-Stage sales process begins with a formal quotation that includes equipment description, price, logistics conditions and, where applicable, a shipping specification sheet. These documents form the agreement between the parties and take precedence over any prior informal communication.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when Full-Stage receives the agreed deposit and issues written confirmation. Until that moment, availability, price and timelines are indicative.
The quotation is valid for the period indicated in the document. After that period, Full-Stage may update pricing, logistics or availability conditions.
5. Prices, currency, taxes and payments
Unless the quotation, invoice or order confirmation expressly specifies another currency, Full-Stage's base prices and commercial documents are denominated in United States dollars (USD).
For purchases made through Shopify, prices may be displayed or processed in the buyer's local currency depending on the market, payment method and available configuration. The amount and currency shown at checkout when confirming the purchase will be those applicable to that transaction.
For payments made by bank transfer or other external means, the buyer must ensure that Full-Stage receives the full amount stated in the invoice, in USD, unless a different written agreement has been made. Exchange rates applied by Shopify, banks, intermediaries or payment processors are not controlled by Full-Stage. Unless a different written agreement exists, the buyer is responsible for all bank fees, intermediary charges and conversion costs necessary for Full-Stage to receive the full net amount stated in the invoice.
In the absence of express indication, the buyer is responsible for knowing and covering applicable tax and customs obligations in their jurisdiction, except for orders under the DDP modality expressly agreed in writing (see §10).
6. Deposit and order confirmation
Most orders require a deposit before production begins. The percentage and deposit conditions are stated in the quotation and may vary depending on the equipment type, order volume and agreed logistics modality.
Once Full-Stage has acquired materials, reserved production capacity, commenced manufacturing, contracted logistics services or committed other order costs, the deposit may be applied to those costs and may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the project status and quotation conditions. Specific conditions are detailed in the Returns Policy. Receipt of the deposit activates the production and material allocation process.
The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the conditions stated in the quotation. Full-Stage will not begin the inspection, packaging or shipping process until payment has been completed as agreed.
7. Made-to-order manufacturing
Full-Stage products are manufactured or configured to order. We do not operate with finished-goods stock available for immediate delivery. Once an order is confirmed and the deposit received, Full-Stage begins production in accordance with the specifications agreed in the quotation.
Manufacturing and transit are independent stages. The manufacturing lead time runs from order confirmation to completion of the product ready for inspection. The transit time is subsequent and separate. Both are estimated in the quotation individually.
Manufacturing timelines are estimates and may be affected by component availability, production volume, technical adjustments or circumstances beyond Full-Stage's control. We actively communicate any significant variation from the agreed timeline.
8. Changes and cancellations
Change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Full-Stage's official support channel. The handling of each request depends on the order status at the time of receipt.
An order that has not yet entered production may be cancelled with a lower cost impact. An order that has already been manufactured, inspected, packaged or shipped generates non-recoverable costs that will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Full-Stage does not cancel orders in transit under any circumstances.
Configuration, dimension or accessory changes requested after order confirmation may result in price or timeline adjustments, or may not be technically feasible depending on progress. Full-Stage will inform the buyer in writing of the implications before accepting any modification.

9. Pre-shipment inspection
Before an order leaves the factory, Full-Stage conducts a visual and technical review under the GII protocol, which documents the equipment condition with photographic or video evidence. This documentation confirms that the equipment matches the order as agreed in the quotation.
The inspection report is shared with the buyer for review and approval before shipment. The inspection covers up to 16 categories depending on the equipment type: image, signal, components, dimensions, accessories, packaging and included spare parts, among others.
Each order includes factory-supplied spare parts documented photographically; the specific parts for each model are confirmed in the quotation. The buyer has full visibility of the exact order contents before it leaves the factory.

10. Shipping, delivery and DDP
Full-Stage coordinates the international logistics for its orders. Shipping conditions—incoterm, responsibilities, route and scope—are established in writing in the quotation or shipping specification sheet before any payment is made.
When an order expressly includes the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) modality, Full-Stage assumes the entirety of the international logistics process: industrial packaging, ocean freight, cargo insurance, customs clearance, payment of import duties and taxes, and delivery to the agreed destination address. Under DDP, the buyer incurs no additional customs, freight or duty costs.
The DDP modality applies only when expressly stated in the quotation or written contract. In the absence of express indication, the incoterm and logistics responsibilities are those stated in the quotation document.

11. Estimated timelines and delays
Manufacturing and transit timelines stated in the quotation are estimates. Transit times may vary depending on route, customs conditions, cargo volume and season. The definitive shipment date is confirmed at the time of dispatch.
Full-Stage does not guarantee fixed delivery dates. However, the buyer is actively notified at each stage of the process—manufacturing, inspection, shipment and transit—to maintain full visibility of the order status.
Delays attributable to causes beyond Full-Stage's control (customs delays at destination, port strikes, weather conditions, import restrictions or other circumstances outside our control) do not constitute a breach and do not give rise to any right to compensation.
12. Receipt, damage and claims
Upon receiving the order, the buyer must inspect the external condition of the packaging and the internal condition of the equipment as promptly as possible. If visible transport damage, missing parts or discrepancies from the agreed order are detected, the buyer must contact Full-Stage with photographic or video evidence as soon as possible.
Full-Stage recommends reporting any incident within the first 72 hours of receipt. This recommendation is operational and does not constitute an automatic limit or a waiver of any legally applicable rights; however, late claims may complicate resolution with carriers and insurers, reducing available options.
Each case is reviewed with the evidence provided. Full-Stage will determine whether the damage falls under warranty coverage, transit incidents or non-covered causes. Resolution may include dispatch of spare parts, partial replacement or other measures appropriate to the case.
13. Warranty and technical support
Full-Stage offers a warranty against manufacturing defects for the periods established for each category: two years for LED screens, truss and structures, and one year for professional lighting, unless the quotation, invoice or product-specific warranty specifies a different condition. The warranty begins from the confirmed delivery date at destination.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects confirmed by technical evidence. It does not cover damage caused by voltage spikes, inadequate ventilation, use outside the recommended technical conditions, improper handling, unauthorized modifications or natural wear from use.
Assessment may require photographic evidence, video, remote diagnosis or other technical checks. Depending on the case, the resolution may include technical assistance, dispatch of spare parts, repair, partial replacement or another remedy provided under the Warranty Policy.

14. Returns and refunds
Full-Stage does not accept returns due to change of mind, late cancellation or incorrect purchase. The products are heavy professional equipment, typically configured to order with international logistics, which makes standard consumer returns impractical.
Returns may be accepted in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, documented transit damage or verifiable discrepancy from the agreed order. Each request is assessed individually with the evidence provided and is responded to in writing.

15. Certifications and technical documentation
Full-Stage maintains certification documentation for its product lines. LED screens hold CE (LVD and EMC), UKCA (LVD and EMC), FCC SDoC and RoHS certifications, issued by Shenzhen HUAK Testing Technology Co., Ltd. under the ownership of Full Stage & Trading Corp. Truss and aluminum structures hold TÜV Rheinland certification. Lighting equipment holds CE, RoHS and IP65 certifications depending on the model.
The documentation covers the models and references expressly listed in each certification package. Full-Stage does not guarantee that its entire catalog holds universal certification. The exact coverage of each certificate can be consulted at Full-Stage Certifications.
Certifications are documents issued by independent laboratories. Full-Stage provides them as supporting documentation. The buyer is responsible for verifying the regulatory compliance applicable in their target market.
16. Force majeure, limitation of liability and intellectual property
Force majeure
Full-Stage shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, port strikes, government import or export restrictions, global supply chain disruptions or any other analogous cause. In such cases, Full-Stage will notify the buyer and both parties will negotiate in good faith the conditions for continuing or resolving the order.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Full-Stage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts or business interruption.
Requests relating to non-conforming products, manufacturing defects, transit damage, cancellations or returns will be resolved in accordance with the quotation, the order confirmation, the Warranty Policy, the Returns Policy and any other applicable written conditions.
In determining any return, credit or compensation, the following may be taken into account: materials acquired, manufacturing carried out, inspections, packaging, transport, insurance, storage, taxes, duties, third-party services and other committed or non-recoverable costs related to the order, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Intellectual property
All content on full-stage.com—texts, images, videos, technical documentation, logos and designs—is the property of Full Stage & Trading Corp. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited. The purchase of a Full-Stage product does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the designs, schematics or software incorporated in the equipment.
17. Governing law, updates and contact
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that may apply in the buyer's jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Florida.
Buyer's rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the mandatory rights that applicable law grants to the buyer in their jurisdiction. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a mandatory legal provision, the legal provision prevails.
Terms updates
Full-Stage may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page with the indicated update date. Continued use of the website or confirmation of a new order following the publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the then-current conditions.
