P2.6 LED Screen – Antigua, Guatemala

At Full-Stage, we believe that every project is a partnership, not just a sale. Today, we present one of our most significant success stories in Central America: the delivery of a 6x3 meter P2.6 LED screen with a complete truss structure in Antigua, Guatemala.

How did this project begin?

It all started when the client contacted us seeking a professional solution for their community. Their objective was clear: a large-format, weather-resistant LED screen with excellent brightness and reliable technical support .

They had considered other companies, but they were looking for more than just a simple purchase: they wanted advice, custom manufacturing, and real support .

We defined what they needed

In the initial video call meetings, it was established that:

• Outdoor LED screen P2.6 , 6 meters wide x 3 meters high

• Brightness greater than 4,500 nits , for full visibility

• Complete truss structure for safe and stable assembly
  

• Electrical diagrams and connection guide

• Step-by-step assistance during manufacturing, testing, shipping, and installation

Custom manufacturing and quality control

Each screen module was specially manufactured for this project. Before shipping:

• We conducted live tests via video call with the client

• We checked brightness, colors, connections, and the control system.

• We provide an installation guide and electrical recommendations

Our goal was always for the screen to arrive ready for uncomplicated installation.

The logistical challenge we overcame together

An unforeseen event occurred during international shipping:

The container carrying the screen was shared with merchandise from other companies (including batteries classified as hazardous material). This triggered a special inspection by customs in Guatemala , which delayed the container's release for several weeks.

Despite this being a situation external to the project, we support the client at all times :

• Constant monitoring with the shipping company and customs agents

• Periodic updates to the client

• We guarantee that the screen will arrive in perfect condition.

The team was finally released, transported from the port to Antigua, and received undamaged.

Installation in Antigua

With all the materials on site, the client and their local team began assembly. Thanks to Full-Stage's plans, diagrams, and remote support, the installation was carried out smoothly and safely.

A few days later…
✅ The LED screen was turned on for the first time.
✅ It became the most striking visual point in the area.
✅ The client confirmed their complete satisfaction.
